Terms of service

GENERAL

  • The client must be specific about their order. Including but no limited to character sheets, clothing references, poses and expressions.

  • Work in progress will be given to show the order progress

  • I will NOT edit, paint over or modify IA-generated images under any circumstances

SERVICES

  • I do: OC and fanart; any type of gender, body and species, regardless of their complexity; armors, bodysuits, weapons, mechas and robots; all types of backgrounds, including natural and urban/artificial landscapes; fully customizable character sheets; SFW and NSFW artwork, including fetishes.

  • Ask first: vehicles, gore/blood related, extreme fetishes, and another art style (anime, cartoony, realistic)

PAYMENTS

  • Work begins after 100% upfront payment. Payment plans available only for orders of 150$ or more.

  • Price can vary depending on the complexity of the work, also if the order has commercial purposes

  • NO REFUNDS

WORKFLOW AND DEADLINE

  • WIPs will be sent in .JPG format (except for surprise comms). Final work will be sent in .PNG format.

  • Deadline is between 3 days and 3 weeks, depending of complexity and orders in queue.

RIGHTS AND USAGE

  • I reserve the right to post all commissions to my portfolio and social media. You need to notify me if you want the piece keep Private

  • I have the right to reuse descarted sketches and concepts for future projects.

Character reference sheet

  • Front and back views only: 200$

  • Front and back views and two flat color icons: 250$

  • Front and back views, three full color icons and other details; or front, side and back views: 300$

NOTE: These prices are only for previously created characters. If you want me to design you a new customized character, the price ups from 50$-100$ extra depending of the complexity of the character

  • Price can vary depending of complexity and amount of details

  • Background: 50% of the base price

  • Prices are for personal use.

  • For commercial use: +50% of total price
